Velours was commissioned by a major retail chain working in a high-risk area in Brazil, where the store and its employees were facing repeated thefts and assaults.
Velours conducted a security audit, implemented improvements within the store, and restructured the security team to reduce the risks of theft and aggression. In parallel, social engagement initiatives were conducted with the surrounding community, supporting local educational programs to help integrate the store into its environment.
